Terms & Conditions

Plain terms for a small app.

Fig is provided by Veianya Hansen ("we", "us"). By using Fig or purchasing Fig Pro, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the app. These terms were last updated in September 2026.

The service

Fig is a collection of everyday calculators — tips, percentages, discounts, unit conversion, interest, savings, loans, debt-to-income and sales tax. It is offered for personal, everyday use. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use Fig for that purpose.

Results are estimates

Money results — especially interest, loan, tax and savings figures — are estimates for general and educational purposes. They are not financial, tax, legal or investment advice and are not a recommendation to take any particular action. Real accounts and loans have fees, rate changes and rules that Fig does not know about. Decisions you make are your own responsibility.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • use Fig for anything unlawful, fraudulent or abusive;
  • interfere with the security of the service, including probing, scanning, introducing malware, or bulk scraping;
  • infringe anyone's intellectual property rights;
  • reverse engineer, resell, redistribute, or work around the limits of the free version, including sharing or reselling gift codes.

Ownership

We retain all rights, title and interest in Fig, including its software, design, branding and content. Nothing in these terms transfers ownership to you.

Availability

Fig is provided "as is". We do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times, and to the fullest extent permitted by law we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

Payment and Merchant of Record

Fig Pro is a single one-time payment. There is no subscription and no renewal. Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, tax and cancellation mechanics are covered by Paddle's Buyer Terms. Refunds are described in our Refund Policy.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or end access to Fig, including a Pro unlock, if these terms are materially breached, if a payment is reversed or unpaid, or where there is a security or fraud risk. You may stop using Fig at any time.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability relating to Fig is limited to the amount you paid for it in the twelve months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing here excludes liability for fraud, death or personal injury where the law does not allow it.

Changes and law

We may update these terms as Fig changes; continued use means you accept the updated version. These terms are governed by the laws of the seller's place of residence, and disputes go to the courts there.

No ads. No account. No nonsense.
