Privacy Notice

What we collect, and what we don't.

Fig is operated by Veianya Hansen ("we", "us"), the seller of the Fig app. For the limited personal data described below, we act as the data controller. This notice was last updated in September 2026.

What stays on your device

Fig has no accounts and no sign-in. Your calculations, history, favorites, and your Pro unlock are stored only in your own browser on your own device. We never receive them, and you can clear them at any time from the history screen or by clearing your browser data.

Data we or our providers process

  • Purchase data — if you buy Fig Pro: your email address, billing name, country, and payment details. This is collected directly by our payment provider, not by the app. Purpose: completing your order, sending receipts, tax compliance, refunds and fraud prevention. Legal basis: performance of a contract and compliance with legal obligations.
  • Technical data — IP address and basic request information logged by our hosting provider when a page loads. Purpose: serving the site securely and preventing abuse. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in keeping the service available and secure.
  • Support messages — if you contact us, whatever you choose to include. Purpose: answering you. Legal basis: legitimate interest.

Who we share data with

  • Paddle.com — our online reseller and Merchant of Record. When you purchase Fig Pro, Paddle processes your order, payment, invoicing, tax compliance, refunds and billing support, and receives the purchase data listed above.
  • Hosting and infrastructure providers that serve the site.
  • Professional advisers (such as accounting) and authorities where required by law.

We do not sell personal data and we do not run advertising or ad tracking.

Retention

Order records are kept for as long as needed to support your purchase and to meet tax and accounting obligations (typically up to seven years). Server logs are kept for a short period. Data on your device stays until you clear it. Anything no longer needed is deleted or anonymised.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access your personal data, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to its processing, receive a copy of it, withdraw consent, and complain to your local data protection authority. To exercise any of these, contact us, or contact Paddle for purchase records at paddle.net. We respond within one month.

Security

The site is served over encrypted connections, payment details are handled entirely by our payment provider and never reach us, and access to any records we hold is limited to those who need it.

Cookies

Fig uses only essential browser storage needed to remember your calculations, favorites and Pro unlock. There are no analytics or advertising cookies. Clearing your browser data removes this storage.

International transfers

Our providers may process data outside your country. Where that happens, transfers rely on appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses or an adequacy decision.

No ads. No account. No nonsense.
